做法﹕ | 將以上材料煮滾後用小火熬煮 30 分鐘﹐或到醬汁剩下一半。倒過濾網留下的醬汁待涼後即可使用。 |
Procedure: | Bring all the ingredients to a boil. Turn the heat to low and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the sauce reduce to half. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture through a strainer. Let the sauce completely cool down before use. |
