韓式甜醬油 Korean Sweet Soy Sauce Dressing

鮮香菇 Fresh shitake mushroom 5 朵 each
蘋果 Apple 1 個 each
洋蔥 Onion 1 個 each
薑 Ginger 20 克 g
醬油 Soy sauce 5 杯cup
糖 Sugar 2 杯 cup
米酒 Rice wine1 杯 cup
柴魚湯頭 Bonito soup base 1 杯 cup
果糖Fructose1/2

做法﹕將以上材料煮滾後用小火熬煮 30 分鐘﹐或到醬汁剩下一半。倒過濾網留下的醬汁待涼後即可使用。
Procedure: Bring all the ingredients to a boil. Turn the heat to low and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the sauce reduce to half. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture through a strainer. Let the sauce completely cool down before use.
